Can the indicator be turned into an Expert Advisor later?

Yes. Once the indicator exists, its conditions can be wired into an Expert Advisor as a separate piece of work.

Does it work on MT4 as well?

MT4 builds are possible but are quoted separately, since MQL4 and MQL5 are different languages and the work does not carry over.

Can you repaint-proof an indicator I already use?

We can inspect the logic you own and rebuild it so values are confirmed on bar close rather than intrabar, if that is what your specification asks for.
